Rumo

We are Brazil’s motion force. As the largest railway operator in the country, Rumo is a result of the merger between Rumo Logística and ALL – América Latina Logística, finalized in 2016. We connect Brazil through railway transportation, operating in ports and terminals.

With near 13,500 km of railway lines, 1,200 locomotives, and 33,000 railcars, we operate across the central-west, southern, southeastern, and northern regions, home to four of the country’s leading ports, through which the majority of Brazil’s grain production is exported.

We believe that our assets position us as a key provider of transport services to clients from various sectors, particularly in agricultural commodities, which has made us one of the leading logistics service providers for the agricultural sector in Brazil. This role becomes pivotal when considering that such services are crucial for the development and growth of the country, as Brazil is one of the world’s largest producers and exporters of agricultural commodities.

Rumo S.A. (“RAIL3”) is listed on the B3 stock exchange since 2015, under the highest corporate governance standard, know as “Novo Mercado.”
