Lock-up: Julia Arduini shall maintain during three years
Duration: 10 years or while Mr. Rubens Ometto holds the position of Chairman of Board of Directors, or holds the position of the indirect controller of Rumo, or Julia Arduini holds, at least, 50% of its current position.
